Description

Moxifloxacin Eye Drops are a broad-spectrum antibiotic used to treat bacterial eye infections. It belongs to the fluoroquinolone class of antibiotics and works by inhibiting bacterial growth. It is commonly prescribed for conditions like conjunctivitis (pink eye) and corneal ulcers.

Composition:

Each ml contains:

• Moxifloxacin – 0.5% w/v

Uses/Indications:

Moxifloxacin Eye Drops are used to treat:

• Post-surgical prophylaxis (to prevent infection after eye surgery)

Dosage and Administration:

• Adults and Children (above 1 year):

• • Mild Infections: 1 drop in the affected eye 3 times a day for 7 days

  • Severe Infections: As directed by the physician
