Description

Febuxostat 40mg Tablets are prescribed to manage hyperuricemia (elevated uric acid levels) in patients with gout, a form of arthritis characterized by severe pain, redness, and tenderness in the joints. As a xanthine oxidase inhibitor, it effectively reduces uric acid production in the body.

Composition & Mechanism of Action:

• Febuxostat 40mg: Works by inhibiting xanthine oxidase, an enzyme responsible for the production of uric acid. By reducing uric acid levels, it helps prevent gout flare-ups and related complications.
